Zayo is seeking an Account Director to support both existing as well as prospective SLED accounts in need of Zayo fiber infrastructure and connectivity services.

Our Account Director is responsible for achieving sales and revenue growth targets through consistent account management activities as well as acquiring new accounts. Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the leadership team through aggressive prospecting and selling. A demonstrated ability to succeed in an autonomous environment is key to this role. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the full suite of telecommunication services including fiber & network connectivity, managed services, security & voice communications with the ability to work on large, complex deals applying a consultative and trusted advisor approach.

Location: This remote work opportunity will consider applicants that reside in Albany, New York metro area or Boston, Massachusetts metro area.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue by actively promoting Zayo products and services to targeted account patches.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the leadership team through aggressive prospecting and selling.
