About the Role

The Account Director will own the client relationship and revenue goals for assigned digital marketing clients across franchise, mid-size, and enterprise businesses.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering long-term strategic value, exceptional customer service, and measurable business results. You must be able to prospect, close business, and effectively sell strategic ideas based on clients' stated business objectives.

You will continually strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and build networking opportunities that contribute to both client success and Ignite Visibility's growth.

This role is fully remote within the U.S., and qualified candidates residing in all 50 states are encouraged to apply.

• Build strong client relationships through regular and meaningful contact.
• Lead performance marketing strategies for assigned accounts.
• Forecast partnership potential and establish revenue goals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and track performance against established goals.
• Ensure Ignite Visibility and clients are working together effectively to foster mutual business growth.
• Actively consult with clients and provide ongoing creative, strategic, and performance-based recommendations.
• Serve as the client advocate within Ignite Visibility, ensuring internal teams have the information necessary to scope and complete projects on schedule and within budget, including client goals, product knowledge, best practices, and relevant content.
