About the Role

OpenLoop’s mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale.OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Director of Procurement to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for leading company-wide sourcing, vendor management, and spend optimization efforts. You will build and scale a centralized procurement function that supports rapid growth while driving transparency, cost savings, and compliance, —with strategic oversight of pharmacy-related purchasing and vendor relationships as a key focus.

What You'll Do

• Develop and standardize a centralized procurement policy and process that promotes operational efficiency, spend visibility/controls, and compliance, integrating newly acquired businesses into the enterprise framework.
• Implement and optimize a new procurement software tool, ensuring configuration aligns with business needs and provides actionable reporting for leadership and department heads.
• Lead annual budget planning processes in coordination with FP&A, aligning procurement strategy with financial goals.
• Establish a collaborative framework with department heads to empower visibility and control of department-specific spend, vendor relationships, and budgeting.
• Direct the strategy, performance monitoring, and contract lifecycle management for pharmacy-related purchasing and vendor relationships.
• Identify vendor consolidation and group purchasing opportunities across pharmacy suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
