Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee a Population Health Management initiative, lead project teams, and ensure successful execution through effective governance, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily project operations and project management services, including the Project Support Team.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans; resolve barriers and escalate concerns promptly.
• Maintain project documentation aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate communication and decision-making across agency stakeholders, partners, vendors, and end users.
• Report project status, performance, budget, and resource needs to leadership and oversight bodies.
• Support vendor management, deliverable quality reviews, and Official Contract Correspondence (OCC).

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of complex healthcare or government technology projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, vendors, budgets, and project governance.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Medicaid, population health management, and government oversight experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
