Medical Director - Remote (Any State)

Job Overview

We are seeking a compliant and detail-oriented physician to serve as Medical Director for our clinic operations . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including corporate practice of medicine laws, and is committed to ensuring that all clinical services are delivered safely, ethically, and in full compliance

Our dedicated team operates under a CPOM-compliant corporate structure, manages 100% of patient logistics, scheduling, clinical customer support, and administrative coordination, allowing clinicians to focus exclusively on clinical decision-making and patient care.

Malpractice insurance is fully provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for business operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Review, approve, and uphold company clinical policies and procedures
• Ensure proper supervision and delegation of medical services to qualified staff
• Maintain compliance with corporate practice of medicine laws in all states under your licensure
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Provide guidance on clinical best practices and risk management
• Participate in periodic audits or reviews to ensure ongoing compliance

Qualifications

• Has Active State Medical License (MD or DO) (Any State).
• Previous experience as a Medical Director is preferred but not required.
• Physicians without prior Medical Director experience are encouraged to apply; Training and onboarding will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining regulatory and clinical compliance.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while partnering effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable following standardized clinical protocols and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
