BCBA Clinical Director

We are a growing in-home ABA therapy practice serving families across the Los Angeles area, seeking an experienced BCBA Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and oversight of RBTs delivering in-home ABA services (supervision may be conducted via live remote video, with RBTs on-site with families)

Develop and review individualized treatment plans and ensure clinical quality across cases

Support payer credentialing and contracting efforts (Aetna, Cigna, Blue Shield, Medi-Cal/LA Care) or work alongside a credentialing specialist

Help shape clinical policies, staff training, and compliance procedures as the practice grows

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification, licensed/eligible to practice in California

Prior experience with an ABA agency (not solely solo/private practice)

Comfortable providing remote/telehealth supervision of RBTs in the field

Payer credentialing/contracting experience a plus

This is a part-time role to start (10-15 hrs/week), with room to grow as the practice expands. Rate is open and negotiable based on experience.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
