About

We are a cash-pay concierge practice focused on hormone optimization, thyroid care, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and telemedicine primary care. We have clinics in Destin and Orlando, Florida, and serve patients by telemedicine in 47 states.

We're looking for a physician leader to set our clinical standards and guide a growing team of nurse practitioners.

What you'll do

Clinical leadership

• Develop, approve, and update clinical protocols for hormone optimization, thyroid, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy.
• Set prescribing standards, lab monitoring schedules, and safety thresholds for every therapy we offer.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex cases, abnormal labs, and adverse events.

Provider oversight

• Serve as collaborating or supervising physician for nurse practitioners where state law requires it.
• Conduct regular chart reviews and give clear, constructive feedback.
• Train and mentor NPs on protocols, clinical judgment, and patient communication.
• Support provider onboarding and credentialing.

Quality and compliance

• Oversee controlled-substance prescribing practices and DEA compliance.
• Lead quality assurance: outcomes tracking, incident review, and corrective action.
• Ensure clinical operations meet state medical board, telemedicine, and HIPAA requirements.
• Partner with leadership on new service lines and clinical growth.

What you bring

Required

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license.
• Board certification (family medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, or related specialty).
• Active DEA registration.
• Deep, hands-on experience in hormone optimization and thyroid management.
• Clean board history and malpractice record.

Preferred

• Licenses in multiple states, or eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
• Experience in medical weight loss (including GLP-1s), peptide therapy, or performance medicine.
• Prior experience as a medical director or supervising physician for NPs or PAs.
• Telemedicine experience.

States we're hiring for

We're seeking a Medical Director licensed in: FL, SC, CO, NC, TX, AZ, GA, ME, AL, VA, OH, CT, MA, DE, MI, MS, and UT. Licensure in several of these states is a major plus.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
