About Us

XBN Rejuvenation and Recovery Lounge is a full-service regenerative wellness and aesthetic clinic in Tampa Palms. We are a cash-based practice, so there is no insurance billing or credentialing involved. We're seeking a Florida-licensed physician to serve as our Medical Director and Collaborative Physician.

Position Overview

The Medical Director/Collaborative Physician will oversee and supervise our mid-level practitioner and make sure care meets or exceeds established clinical standards. This is an oversight role with a light, flexible time commitment. No patient-facing clinical work is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and collaborate with the clinic's mid-level practitioner
• Review patient charts to ensure standards of care are met or exceeded
• Ensure all duties are performed in compliance with Florida and federal laws and regulations governing the scope of medical practice
• Uphold standards of business conduct and compliance

What This Role Does

*Not* Include

• No prescribing of medications
• No treating or diagnosing patients
• No office hours
• No on-call or weekend coverage

Requirements

• Current, active, unrestricted MD or DO license in the State of Florida
• Primary practice location within 25 miles of our Tampa Palms office (33647)
• In good standing with the Florida Board of Medicine / Board of Osteopathic Medicine

Compensation

• Starting at $1,000/month, flat monthly stipend
• Final compensation to be discussed in person, based on experience and qualifications
