Qualifications

• Proven experience in medical management with a strong background in healthcare leadership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in management principles, operational management, and healthcare financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of health regulation policies and JCAHO standards for accreditation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across clinical departments, nursing leadership, and administrative teams.
• Experience in performance improvement (PI) methodologies within a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional executive leadership abilities with a focus on strategic management and team development.
• Prior nursing leadership experience is highly desirable to ensure comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
