Our technology helps investment professionals understand how portfolios may behave as market conditions change, identify potential risks and their underlying drivers, and evaluate portfolio decisions through scenario analysis and optimization.

Artha is live in market today, with paying customers, institutional use, and integrations across the wealth-management ecosystem. The platform was built by a team with decades of experience in investment management, portfolio construction, ETFs, financial technology, product, and engineering.

Today, Artha is a small, experienced team. You'll work directly with the founders and product leadership, with significant autonomy to build the commercial function from the ground up.

We've spent the past several years building the product. Our next chapter is about building distribution around it.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Head of Sales & Distribution to build and lead Artha's commercial strategy across RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors.

This is a zero-to-one commercial leadership role.

You won't inherit an SDR organization, a mature inbound funnel, or a finished sales playbook. You'll work directly with Artha's founders and product leadership to determine how we take the platform to market, sharpen our commercial story, identify the channels that can scale, and personally turn opportunities into customers.

We're looking for someone who has built before, not simply managed an existing sales machine.

Initially, you'll be hands-on: opening doors, leveraging your network, prospecting, running discovery, developing relationships, testing messaging, and closing business. What you learn in the market will directly influence our positioning, product roadmap, partnerships, and broader go-to-market strategy.
