Executive Director of Operations

Overview

Lead business operations with clarity, energy, and a focus on measurable progress. As Executive Director of Operations, you’ll guide senior leaders, align resources with strategic priorities, and strengthen performance across teams and programs. You’ll use operational analysis and data-driven decision making to identify opportunities, manage budgets and forecasts, and turn plans into effective execution.

Duties

• Set strategic plans and oversee operations management, business management, and program and project management.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and process improvement; assess performance, identify risks, and guide change management, including large-scale organizational change.
• Direct financial management, executive-level budget management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
• Manage executive-level teams and senior leadership; communicate priorities and recommendations clearly with executives.
• Oversee business development management and business development efforts, connecting growth plans with operational capacity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership, leadership, and senior-level management experience, including supervising experience and executive-level team management.
• Strong background in business operations, operational management, operations management, and strategic management.
• Experience with budget management, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level budget management.
• Skilled in operational analysis, data-driven decision making, project management, program management, and process improvement.
• Effective verbal communication with executives; able to lead change management and business development initiatives.

Pay: $86,800.00 - $105,000.00 per year
