Vice President of Operations

Overview

As Vice President of Operations, you’ll set operational direction and turn strategic plans into coordinated, measurable execution. You’ll lead business operations across teams, strengthen processes, and use financial and operational analysis to guide decisions. Your impact: By aligning resources, budgets, and priorities, you help teams deliver reliable operations and support sustainable business growth.

Duties

• Lead operations management and business management, translating organizational priorities into strategic plans, programs, and projects.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, and change management, including large-scale organizational change.
• Oversee budget management, executive-level budget management, financial management, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
• Use data-driven decision making and operational analysis to identify risks, improve performance, and guide resource allocation.
• Manage executive-level teams and senior leaders; oversee business development management and communicate plans and results clearly with executives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive leadership, senior leadership, and supervising experience in operations or business development.
• Strong operations management, operational management, and business operations capabilities, with experience leading management teams.
• Experience in strategic management, project management, program management, and organizational change.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and profit and loss analysis.
• Clear verbal communication with executives; able to connect operational priorities with business strategy.

Pay: $138,000.00 - $167,000.00 per year
