• Success in this role will be driven by the individual's ability to leverage an established network of senior Commercial Banking executives, expand EXL's presence within existing banking clients, and create new revenue opportunities across Commercial Banking organizations.

EXL is seeking a senior Client Partner with deep Commercial Banking expertise and an established network of senior executive relationships across large U.S. financial institutions.

This role will be responsible for accelerating growth within EXL's strategic commercial banking accounts by expanding relationships with Commercial Banking leaders and creating new opportunities across Commercial Banking organizations.

The successful candidate will leverage existing executive connections and industry expertise to open new buying centers, identify emerging business needs, and position EXL's Data, Analytics, AI, Digital, and Operations capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with extensive Commercial Banking experience, strong credibility with senior executives, and a proven track record of expanding business within large banking organizations.

This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven role focused on executive engagement, opportunity creation, account expansion, and long-term client partnership development.
