Medical Director / Supervising Physician PCP , Internal Medicine Florida License - Remote

Hormona Vida is a remote practice built on the rigor and continuity of primary care, applied to women's hormone health, metabolic optimization, and longevity medicine. We combine Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), medical weight loss, and evidence-based longevity protocols within a hybrid private-pay and insurance-billing model, and we're seeking a Medical Director/Supervising Physician to bring that primary-care-caliber oversight to our telehealth platform.

This is a supervisory, non-clinical role. You won't be seeing patients directly. Instead, you'll bring the clinical judgment of a seasoned PCP to ensure our nurse practitioners and physician assistants deliver safe, evidence-based, high-quality care across hormone optimization, metabolic health, and longevity medicine.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert medical oversight and chart review for our nurse practitioners and physician assistants, with a primary care lens on whole-patient health, not just hormone panels
• Collaborate with a NP/PAs team of longevity and primary care professionals
• Approve, review or maintain clinical protocols for PCP, BHRT, metabolic health, and longevity care that meet the highest medical and regulatory standards
• Serve as physician of record supporting our Florida operations
• Help bridge hormone and longevity medicine with the diagnostic and preventive rigor of primary care
• No direct patient care required (percentage of chart review only)

Time Commitment

Approximately 4 hours/month

What You Bring

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (primary care background strongly valued)
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida (required)
• Active DEA registration in Florida
• Genuine interest in hormone health, metabolic optimization, and longevity medicine
• Comfort working in a fully remote telehealth environment
