Position Overview

Obran Health is seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical oversight for two of our California-based Home Healthcare Agencies. You will ensure our medical services are integrated, safe, and fully compliant with state mandates. This role is strictly administrative and consultative, focused on high-level quality management rather than direct primary care.

Key Responsibilities

* Regulatory Oversight: Act as the registered Physician lead in accordance with California Title 22 * Clinical Quality Management & QAPI: * + Actively participate in the Quality Management program + Attend Quarterly QAPI meetings to review clinical outcomes and patient safety data * Clinical Governance and Consultation: * + Conduct occasional chart reviews to ensure documentation meets medical necessity + Review and approve clinical protocols and treatment guidelines + Provide remote guidance to the Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) on complex cases

Requirements

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted California Physician's License (MD or DO)
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with California Title 22 and Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs)
• Familiarity/experience with Home Healthcare
