MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Overview We are seeking a licensed California physician to serve as Medical Director for our hospice agency located in. This leadership role is integral to guiding the clinical and operational aspects of our organization, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality hospice care. The Medical Director will provide medical leadership, oversee healthcare management, and support executive decision-making to promote excellence in patient outcomes and staff performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in medical research and healthcare management, along with executive leadership experience within a hospice or similar healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in hospice care.
• Oversee healthcare management initiatives to optimize patient care delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals and improve service quality.

Skills
