About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Executive Vice President of Strategy to help shape long-term business direction and drive sustainable growth. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and translate strategic priorities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform executive decision-making.
• Identify new growth opportunities across products, markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Partner with Executive Leadership, Investment, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive strategic priorities.
• Lead high-impact strategic projects, business evaluations, and growth initiatives.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and executive-level recommendations.
• Establish KPIs and track strategic initiatives to ensure measurable execution and accountability.
• Support organizational transformation and continuously improve the company’s competitive position.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, financial services, asset management, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level strategy and growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management, and business development.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
