Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Director of Sales for a fully remote national sales opportunity within the professional staffing industry. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on new client acquisition and revenue production. It is not a people-management position.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished professional staffing sales leader with a strong hunter mentality, an established industry network, and a demonstrated ability to open doors and close business with enterprise and mid-market organizations. This role will focus on expanding direct-hire recruiting, contingent staffing, and an MSP solution for direct-hire recruiting across the United States.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Sales will own the complete new-business development process, from prospecting and initial outreach through discovery, complex sales cycles, contract execution, and client onboarding. This person will leverage existing industry relationships while independently developing new opportunities with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, HR, Operations, Contingent Workforce, and executive decision-makers.

This is a true hunter role. Success requires a demonstrated history of generating new staffing business, achieving significant individual revenue targets, navigating enterprise sales cycles, and developing sustainable client relationships.
