Director of Sales, Building Automation (Data Centers)

Honeywell Technologies is hiring a Sales Director, Building Automation (Data Centers) . This role will be responsible for fostering new business within this strategic Data Center vertical within the Honeywell Building Automation (BA) group. This individual will be leading a dedicated team of (5) directs reports consisting of direct sellers, demand generation professionals, solution architects and vertical operations specialists to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

This role will work in the United States on a fully remote work schedule (preferably based in EST or CST time zones) and include 40% (+) domestic travel.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of strategic sales experience within the building automation industry
• Data center vertical experience
• People leadership/management experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills necessary for articulating complex marketing concepts to business partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to navigate fast-paced environments, collaborating with diverse teams across a highly matrixed organization
