Role & responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Digital Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Data, and Application Services within enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
• Create and implement strategic account plans by analyzing stakeholder ecosystems, identifying untapped opportunities, and building long-term growth strategies.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and key technology leaders across target organizations.
• Work closely with pre-sales teams, solution architects, and delivery leaders to develop compelling proposals and innovative AI-driven digital transformation solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to develop a strong qualified sales pipeline while managing pipeline health and conversion goals.
• Ensure accurate CRM management, sales forecasting, and clear pipeline visibility through disciplined reporting practices.
