is looking for a Director of Sales for our U.S. team to lead us into the next phase of growth in one of the world’s most dynamic beauty markets.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the U.S. commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue and profitability
• Identify new markets, customer segments, partnerships, and business opportunities
• Lead U.S. business development and drive acquisition of new strategic customers
• Own revenue, margins, forecasting, and overall commercial performance
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners
• Lead pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, contracts, and long-term customer partnerships
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales manager while building a culture of accountability and customer focus
• Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality teams
• Turn customer and market insights into profitable products, solutions, and growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement across sales processes, systems, and commercial performance
• Contribute to long-term global strategy and collaborate with international colleagues and leadership
