Director of Client Strategy & Growth

We are looking for a Director of Client Strategy & Growth.

The Director of Client Strategy & Growth is responsible for leading the client-facing marketing organization, including Account Managers and Divisional Marketing Managers. This role develops and oversees strategic marketing plans, ensures exceptional client and stakeholder satisfaction, drives profitable service delivery, and builds scalable processes that support the growth of Forward Solutions' marketing services business.

The Director of Client Strategy & Growth serves as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and clients while developing a high-performing team capable of delivering measurable business results. This position plays a key role in expanding marketing services within existing manufacturer relationships and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.

Essential Functions/ Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Marketing Managers and Account Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and oversee standards, methodologies, and best practices for strategic marketing planning, account management, client engagement, and service delivery.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to division leadership, manufacturer partners, and external clients by developing and approving marketing strategies that align with business objectives and growth goals.
• Partner with Business Development to identify, develop, and expand marketing service opportunities within existing manufacturer relationships and key client accounts.
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth through proactive relationship management, account planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
