DESCRIPTION

As Vice President of Global GTM Operations, you will lead one of the most significant commercial transformation initiatives at Sinch. This pivotal role is created to unify our commercial operations for the first time since the company moved to regional Go-to-Market teams. This is not a role that inherits a legacy function - it is an opportunity to build a modern, AI-enabled GTM Operations organization from the ground up, leveraging agents, automation, and intelligent tooling to operate at global scale. Rather than walking into an established setup, you will conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current state, define a future state globally aligned operating model and lead the organizational and process transformation required to build a scalable, data-driven GTM Operational function.

Reporting to the EVP Americas, you will partner closely with all three regional EVPs, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer to drive commercial excellence globally. You will own the processes, data, and operational infrastructure that determine how effectively Sinch's go-to-market engine performs.
