As the leader of P&C Advanced Pricing and Segmentation, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and advancing the capabilities that strengthen analytics, automation, and system capabilities across P&C Finance, Actuarial, and key business partners. You will provide strong thought leadership and set the long-term vision for the future of analytical tools, new capabilities, and cross-functional improvements that improve decision-making, simplify processes, and build a strong, high-performing culture. • Develops and executes the vision, strategy, and roadmap for P&C Finance actuarial analytics and transformation work, advancing analytical capabilities, automation, and system modernization across the organization.
