Vice President, Product Management - Quality

Overview

The Vice President of Product Management for Quality will play a critical leadership role within the Product organization, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. This individual will have overall business accountability to innovating and driving financial outcomes for symplr’s Quality product solutions. This VP of Product Management will both define and ensure that the product vision is translated into market-leading solutions and the complete customer product experience that address complex healthcare challenges and meet the needs of our customers. This leader will set the standard for transforming symplr Quality to be AI-first to drive differentiated customer outcomes at scale. Duties & Responsibilities: * Accountability for the product strategy and the short- and long-term business outcomes of the Quality products * Define and implement an overall, multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap * Be a thought leader in AI both in the product and transformation of how the Product team operates within the PDLC * Lead and coach a team of product leaders and managers across the products * Develop clearly documented business cases (qualitative and quantitative) and business rationale based on company strategy * Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and delivery timelines * Take responsibility to deliver amazing and complete product experiences working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support * Model and mandate the use of AI tools (including agentic workflows) across the product organization to accelerate discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery — setting a high bar for how the team works and delivers customer value * Engage with key customers, industry leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure the voice of the market informs product decisions * Be a leader in the implementation and use of AI tools to create faster and higher quality produc
