Director, Design & Construction

Overview

The Director of Design & Construction will manage and provide construction support for all new locations across the WellBiz Brands portfolio and oversee all remodel and refresh projects. They will manage vendors throughout the project, oversee the architectural and permitting process, review construction drawings, sign renderings, general contractor schedules, general contractor quotes, vendor quotes, and site photos, and manage project files and other administrative tasks. They will work cross-functionally with Sales, Real Estate, Design, Operations, NSO team, and Creative/Marketing to ensure each location is built to brand standards. As the team evolves, this person will provide oversight and management to Construction and Project Managers and ensure projects receive support for all construction-related activities for new locations, remodels, and relocations across the WellBiz Brands portfolio. They will ensure the team guides franchise owners through the construction process, manages the schedule, and communicates with key internal and external stakeholders as needed. Compensation Range: $145,000.00 - $155,000.00/annually

plus an incentive compensation plan. Offers to select candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.

Salary ranges reflect Colorado disclosure requirements. Compensation may vary by geographic location for candidates working outside Colorado.
