Vice President Payment Integrity - Innovations & Solutions

Job Description: VP, Solutions & Innovation is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for driving solution innovation, enterprise platform strategy, and client-centric transformation initiatives for EXL’s Payment Integrity (PI) Strategic Growth Unit.

This role will focus on identifying emerging opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem and translating them into scalable enterprise solutions that leverage advanced analytics, AI, automation, and data platforms. The leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology-enabled healthcare solutions by designing differentiated offerings that address complex industry challenges.

As a key driver of innovation and growth, this role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to incubate new solution concepts, develop enterprise platforms, and accelerate the commercialization of next-generation capabilities. The role will also serve as a senior client-facing leader, engaging with executive stakeholders to articulate solution value propositions, support strategic pursuits, and build long-term partnerships.

With a strong focus on solution architecture, enterprise system design, and growth acceleration, this leader will oversee the development of scalable offerings that enhance operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision making, and deliver measurable value to clients. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Payment Integrity.

Responsibilities: Solutions Strategy & Innovation:

• Lead the development of scalable, technology-enabled healthcare solutions that primarily address evolving payers and healthcare market needs and expansion to other market verticals
• Drive the incubation and development of next-generation enterprise platfor
