About the role

Concord Technologies is seeking an experienced, business-oriented Vice President, General Counsel to serve as the company's senior legal leader and trusted advisor to the executive team. This role will oversee all legal, regulatory, compliance, privacy, AI governance, intellectual property and commercial contracting matters across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong legal expertise with practical business judgment and thrives in a fast-paced technology environment. They will play a key role in enabling company growth, mitigating risk, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across a rapidly evolving portfolio of healthcare, communications, AI, and information management solutions.
