Reporting to our SVP Data Center Delivery, IREN is currently looking for a Vice President of Construction – USA to join our Data Center Delivery team supporting our West Texas and Oklahoma campuses.

• Post secondary education in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, ElectricalEngineeringor a related discipline; a Master’s degree, MBA or PMP certification is preferred
• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience, including significant time delivering mission-critical facilities, hyperscale datacenters, or large-scale industrial, energy or advanced manufacturing programs
• Demonstrated accountability for a construction portfolio of $500M+ in annual capital spend, or for multiple concurrent campuses at gigawatt scale
• Proven success leading a team of directors and senior managers across multiple geographies, including hiring and scaling a construction organization quickly
• Deep owner-side or general contractor experience across the full delivery lifecycle: pre-construction, procurement, civil and vertical build, MEP installation, commissioning (L1–
