The Director, Data Center Scheduling is a strategic leadership role responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of IREN’s data center infrastructure across West Texas and Oklahoma. This leader owns the integrated master schedule (IMS) across all active and pipeline projects – from Childress and the Sweetwater hub through to our Woods County, Oklahoma development – ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

• Post secondary education in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Operations Research or a related discipline; a Master’s degree and/or PMP, PMI-SP, AACE PSP or CCP certification is preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, with a heavy emphasis on complex mission-critical facilities, hyperscale data centers, or large-scale construction, energy or industrial engineering programs
• Demonstrated ownership of an integrated master schedule across multiple concurrent projects with a combined capital value of $100M+, ideally at gigawatt-scale campuses
