This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic healthcare operations executive who thrives on leading large-scale performance improvement, client success, provider workforce optimization, and operational excellence across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

As Senior Vice President, Operations, you will serve as the senior operational leader for the Post-Acute Care service line, partnering closely with the Executive Vice President and executive leadership team to advance organizational growth, scalability, and performance.

You will

• Lead and execute operational strategies that support long-term business objectives
• Drive transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and market competitiveness
• Provide executive oversight across multiple markets and operational functions
• Partner with executive leaders to achieve growth, financial, and organizational goals
• Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee operational performance across the Post-Acute Care service line * Lead monthly business reviews and performance improvement initiatives * Own service line profitability, EBITDA performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation * Drive revenue growth and margin improvement strategies * Partner with business development leaders to support market expansion, acquisitions, and new service opportunities * Build and maintain executive relationships with health systems, facilities, and strategic clients * Lead provider workforce strategy, including deployment, productivity, capacity planning, engagement, and retention * Direct and develop Vice Presidents, Directors, Clinical Practice Managers, and other senior leaders * Oversee quality, compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence * Support major client presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account retention efforts

Requirements

You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, nursing, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience
• 7+ years of executive leadership experience
• Proven experience with P&L accountability and multi-site operational oversight
• Demonstrated success leading large teams across multiple markets or regions
• MBA, MHA, MSN, or other relevant advanced degree preferred
