Job Summary

The Director of Business Systems Delivery is responsible for leading enterprise technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and business process standardization across the organization. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, overseeing the planning, prioritization, and delivery of business systems projects, integrations, automation initiatives, and data platform enhancements. The ideal candidate combines strong program management, business analysis, and systems expertise with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and support strategic initiatives related to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, enterprise reporting, and data modernization.

Role and Responsibilities

PROGRAM & PROJECT DELIVERY * Lead enterprise systems initiatives that support business process standardization, automation, and scalability across multiple markets. * Manage intake, prioritization, planning, execution, and tracking of business systems projects and technology initiatives. * Translate executive priorities into project plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and technical requirements. * Monitor project risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and overall program health. * Facilitate stakeholder communications, project status reporting, training, adoption support, and post-implementation monitoring.

BUSINESS PROCESS & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT * Drive alignment of business processes, data structures, and system configurations to support enterprise reporting, automation, and AI capabilities. * Facilitate business process analysis, process mapping, and documentation of current and future state workflows. * Work closely with business and technical teams to define requirements and ensure successful execution of projects. * Maintain documentation, prioritization frameworks, action logs, and portfolio reporting.

DATA, REPORTING & TECHNOLOGY ENABLEMENT * Support and accelerate data platform and lakehouse development efforts utilizing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric. * Support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric initiatives, including lakehouse development and data platform modernization efforts. * Track data source onboarding, data quality concerns, reporting dependencies, and systems-of-record ownership. * Coordinate API integrations, data feeds, workflow automations, testing activities, and deployment planning. * Support enterprise reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives that enable data-driven decision making.

VENDOR & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, consultants, system administrators, developers, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery. * Manage vendor relationships, software licensing activities, contract renewals, and vendor performance. * Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and systems optimization. * Promote adoption of new technologies and best practices across the organization.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. * Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while fostering collaboration and accountability. * Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems management, technology program management, business analysis, enterprise application delivery, or related areas.
  • Experience supporting or managing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric environments, including enterprise reporting or data platform initiatives.
  • Experience managing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, ERP, CRM, reporting, and integration solutions.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, process documentation, and workflow mapping.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience supporting integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture practices.
  • Experience leveraging AI, predictive analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience in property management, HOA management, multi-site operations, or similar service-based industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, CINC, or comparable business applications.
  • Previous experience in Systems Analysis, PMO leadership, business operations technology, or implementation consulting.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to travel periodically for meetings, training, or company events.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing.

Pay Range

The estimated starting base pay range for this role is $130,237 - $166,052 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
