Job Description
Description: Position Overview:
Foundation Source is looking for a commercially-minded leader to own our most strategic client relationships and drive the growth trajectory of our enterprise book. The SVP, Enterprise Account Executive sets the strategy — and owns the results — for our largest, most complex relationships across our full suite of philanthropic solutions: Donor Advised Funds, private foundations, planned giving, and philanthropic advisory services.
This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy leadership role for someone who wants a seat at the table with C-Suite decision makers, not a seat waiting for direction. You'll be given the mandate to identify where the growth is, build the plan to capture it, and drive it home — with the latitude to make the calls that matter.
We're looking for a competitive, strategic operator who thinks in terms of outcomes, not tasks. Someone who reads a room of senior executives and knows exactly how to move the conversation forward. Someone who sees the whole board, not just the next square. If you're energized by ownership, driven by winning, and comfortable operating several levels above the day-to-day, this role is built for you.
