Summary

The Senior Director, Operations serves as a strategic and operational executive team, translating business priorities into coordinated execution across the line of business. This role strengthens alignment across Sales, Implementation, Client Success, and internal operating teams while providing structure, accountability, and follow-through around key initiatives. The Senior Director supports growth and client success by leading and advising clients, networks, and operational teams. The role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, project leadership, client relationship management, and the ability
