About the Role

The VP Global Food Sales leads the global Natural Color & Nutrition Ingredients sales strategy and execution, new business development, and overall commercial performance across Lycored’s Food business.

Reporting to Lycored General Manager and serving on the executive leadership team, this role leads a globally distributed Food sales organization and is accountable for driving growth across key markets such as the U.S., Europe, Japan and other strategic regions.

This leader will also help drive the continued evolution of Lycored's global Food commercial organization by supporting commercial innovation and identifying new opportunities for profitable growth.

The VP owns KPIs and forecasting, ensures profitable performance, and strengthens strategic customer relationships to expand market opportunities. In addition to overseeing existing accounts, the VP Global Food Sales will directly manage a few high-value strategic key accounts.

Remote in USA / Remote in Europe / Hybrid in Israel. Approximately 20% travel.
