### About Flourish

### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced clinical leader with deep expertise supervising leaders in high-growth behavioral health environments. You are familiar with our patient population: adolescents and transitional aged youth who have recently been discharged after a psychiatric hospitalization or are in foster care.

As Head of Therapy, your primary responsibility will be building, onboarding, supporting, and managing a high-performing team of Directors of Therapy. You will ensure consistency, clinical excellence, and strong fidelity to the Flourish integrated care model as the organization scales rapidly.

Flourish Health is a structured program and each therapist follows the structured program with the flexibility to adjust based on patient needs. You will champion the department’s adherence to the clinical model. As the therapy department scales, you will make sure that Directors and their teams are bought in and valued for their contribution. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with the VP of Patient Care as well as the Clinical R&D and Product teams to support development of the clinical model, clinical product, and care team trainings.

You are an exceptional people manager who knows how to recruit strong leaders, onboard them effectively, support teams through change, and create accountability while maintaining a sustainable, supportive culture.
