Head of Marketing - Franchising & Talent

Job Description

Boardroom Salon for Men grows in three ways: we win new clients, we sell new franchises, and we hire great stylists. The first motion is well covered. This role exists to own the other two.

We're looking for a Head of Growth: Franchising & Talent to build and run the marketing engines that (1) fill our franchise development pipeline with qualified candidates and (2) keep our salons fully staffed with great stylists. Your scoreboard is two numbers nobody at Boardroom currently owns: Cost per Qualified Franchise Lead and Cost per Hired Stylist.

Both halves of this job are the same discipline: marketing a life-changing opportunity to a person weighing a big decision. You'll build the funnels, the content, and the measurement for both — and you'll be the first person here to think about them holistically.

This is a hands-on role for an operator with real multi-unit franchise DNA. You've marketed a franchise opportunity before, you know what a qualified candidate looks like versus a tire-kicker, and you can build a funnel from first click to discovery day. You'll work directly with the CEO and our CMO, with a real path to owning a team.

What You'll Own:

Franchise development lead generation, end-to-end: goals, budget, and day-to-day direction of our franchise lead gen agency (Google and Meta), plus organic sources — portals, brokers, referrals, and events. You own pipeline volume and quality, not just clicks.

Franchise development content and sales enablement: landing pages, the franchising website, franchisee success stories, unit-economics one-pagers, discovery day materials, and the nurture sequences that move candidates from inquiry to close.
