You are passionate about building a healthcare system that makes it easier for seniors to stay well, live independently, and get the care they need when they need it.

You are both a builder and an operator, able to guide teams from strategy through program design, implementation, and performance improvement. You see the potential for AI, data, and technology to transform care delivery and know how to set a compelling vision that brings clinical operations, product, and analytics teams together to achieve measurable impact.

Oasis Health Partners (Oasis) is an all-in-one partner for independent primary care practices. We focus on Medicare value-based care programs, including Medicare Advantage and MSSP, and surround practices with the practical support they need to deliver better care while building durable, independent businesses.

Our model helps physicians spend more time on proactive, high-value care for seniors while Oasis brings the data, tools and team to support them behind the scenes. We are building a fast-growing network of independent PCPs and IPAs, backed by leading healthcare investors and scaling into new markets as we expand our suite of provider solutions.
