The Head of Technical Operations and Clinical Engineering role is essential in developing innovative solutions that provide clinically relevant insights from non-invasive sensors for Cardiosense. Your work will directly impact the advancement of healthcare technologies and improve patient outcomes, making a significant difference in the medical field.### Responsibilities:

Deployment and Customer Integration

• Own end-to-end deployment of Cardiosense deployment for new customers, from technical scoping through go-live and steady-state support
• Serve as the primary point of contact to hospital IT, biomed/clinical engineering, and information security teams.
• Define and maintain the on-boarding procedures including device procurement and provisioning, fleet management, workflow mapping, and staff training.
• Manage integration workstreams with hospital systems and third-party cardiac data platforms, coordinating with engineering on interfacing requirements and data flow.
• Build the field support model, including tiering, SLAs, and the feedback to R&D.
