About the Role

The Fractional General Counsel will serve as the Company's senior legal advisor and strategic business partner, providing experienced legal guidance across corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, risk management, and operational matters.

This role is designed for a growing organization that needs senior-level legal expertise without the immediate need for a full-time General Counsel. The Fractional General Counsel will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other departments to proactively identify and mitigate legal and business risks while enabling the Company to move quickly and responsibly.
