TITLE:Fractional CEO / Operating Executive

Surepoint Logistics is looking for a Fractional CEO / Operating Executive to support the company’s next stage of growth.

This role is best suited for an experienced operator who understands early-stage business, B2B services or software, recurring revenue, sales strategy, and executive-level decision-making. Experience in logistics, ecommerce fulfillment, supply chain, SaaS, or operations consulting is a strong plus.

The right person should be comfortable working with a small growing company, helping create structure, supporting commercial growth, and bringing steady executive leadership without needing a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Support company growth strategy and execution
• Help improve sales, pipeline, and partnership efforts
• Participate in key prospect and client conversations
• Help develop clear operating priorities and accountability
• Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market decisions
• Help strengthen internal leadership structure and decision-making
• Provide executive guidance to the Founder and leadership team
• Track progress against agreed business goals

Qualifications

• Experience in an executive, operator, founder, COO, CEO, GM, or senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of B2B services, software, or recurring revenue models
• Experience working with early-stage or growing companies
• Commercial judgment and comfort with sales, pipeline, and customer conversations
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently with limited hours
• Logistics, ecommerce fulfillment, supply chain, SaaS, or operations consulting experience preferred

Compensation

This is a fractional contract role with an expected monthly retainer of $3,000-$5,000, depending on experience and level of commitment. Performance-based upside may also be available.
