JOB OBJECTIVE

The Executive Director (part-time position) serves as the primary administrator and project manager for assigned Giving Institute and Giving USA’s programs, committees, and initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing project timelines, supporting volunteer leaders, maintaining records, facilitating meetings, and ensuring successful execution of organizational priorities.

This role is highly project and execution-focused, emphasizing project coordination, member support, communications, and operational follow-through. This role works closely with volunteer leaders, the Board, committees, vendors, and staff to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently.

As a member of the MCI USA team, the Executive Director is equally accountable for the health of the GI/GUSA accounts within MCI’s full-service management portfolio.
