JOB OBJECTIVE

The Executive Director will be a leader with the presence to effectively lead and advance the priorities established by the National Child Support Engagement Association (NCSEA) Board of Directors. The position requires effective management experience, fiscal responsibility, and success working with associations, industry partners, stakeholder groups, and policy makers on behalf of those that are the voice of the child support community.

Serving as the association's chief executive, the Executive Director partners with the NCSEA Board of Directors to advance the association's mission, execute its strategic plan, and deliver exceptional value to members. This role provides leadership for revenue growth, financial performance, governance, and staff excellence.

As a member of the MCI USA team, the Executive Director is equally accountable for the health of the NCSEA account within MCI's full-service management portfolio.
