Director/Sr Director Medical Communications & Capabilities

Erasca is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing medicines for the benefit of patients with cancer. Our programs take novel approaches to shutting down one of cancer's most commonly mutated signaling cascades, the RAS/MAPK pathway, which affects approximately 5.5 million lives each year worldwide. Position Summary

Reporting to the VP of Medical Affairs, the Director or Senior Director, Medical Communications and Capabilities will drive the overarching medical communications strategy and execution including content development, education, and awareness initiatives across molecules and specified disease states. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams in the development, management, and execution of core medical communications deliverables including insight collections initiatives, publications, scientific platforms, internal and external content, congress plans, and scientific / digital communication plans. The Director or Senior Director, Medical Communications and Capabilities will have individual responsibility for medical communications and be a direct contributor to building the medical affairs function at the company.

Note that this position can be hybrid in San Diego, CA or South San Francisco, CA or fully remote anywhere in the United States.
