We are seeking Director Sales with demonstrated experience in Enterprise Logistics Tech Sales/Transportation Management Solutions to drive sales efforts in the fast-growing North America Market. Sales Strategy

* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Client Acquisition and Retention

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the courier, express parcel, and retail industries. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Operations and Performance

* Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. * Implement effective sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency and productivity.

### Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Education

Experience

* Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the TMS domain * Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
