As a Director, Planning Team Lead, you will function as an elite player-coach, continuing to serve as an inspiring financial guide for your own members while leading and empowering a team of financial planners. In this role, you serve as an important link between firm-wide strategy and pod execution. As a proactive steward of both our people and our mission, you navigate the complexities of a growing business by synthesizing insights from the field into innovative, firm-aligned solutions. You model the 'One Facet' mindset—cultivating a culture of positive intent and agility that keeps your team inspired.
