The Director of Physician and Provider Recruitment is responsible for leading the collaboration of design, implementation, and execution of physician and advanced practice professional (APP) recruitment strategies across Essentia Health. The Director is accountable and responsible for the provider recruitment team, builds and sustains trusted partnerships with medical and operational leaders, and drives continuous improvement through data, market insight, and innovation.Education Qualifications: -----------------------------

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies for physicians and APPs, aligned with Essentia’s goals and patient care priorities
• Provide oversight of full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience Build strong partnerships with executive and clinical leadership to align recruitment with workforce planning and growth strategies
• Manage, mentor, and develop the provider recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
• Partner with HR, Provider Compensation, Legal, Payer Enrollment and Credentialing to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and accelerate onboarding
• Use metrics, dashboards, and analytics to monitor recruitment effectiveness (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention rates) and provide regular updates to senior leadership
