Purpose of the Position

The Director of Career Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for graduate placement initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and industry demands. This role drives performance across the Career Services team, fosters cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Alliance and Graduate Success teams, and supports business development efforts to enhance employment outcomes and partnerships.

What you'll do

* Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve graduate employment goals, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives and market demands.

* Team Development and Performance: Oversee training, coaching, and performance of Career Services staff, including managers, to build a high-performing and engaged team.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Alliance, Graduate Success, and Education teams to support advisory boar
