The role focuses on identifying growth areas and establishing deep, trusted partnerships with executive leadership at major Tier-1 industrial accounts. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to align our solutions with client business goals and drive the overall impact on company expansion objectives.

Leadership & Core Responsibilities

Strategic Market Growth

• Market Analysis & Expansion: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets (AI, Automation, Data Center, and Robotics) to identify growth areas and inform internal product or service development.
• Market VoC: Feed real-time voice-of-customer (VoC) feedback, competitive pricing dynamics, and technology trends directly back to Product Management and Executive Leadership.

Sales & Relationship Management

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to ensure a seamless handoff process and align messaging with current market demands.
• Executive Relationship Mapping: Establish deep, trusted partnerships with VPs of Engineering, Heads of Supply Chain, and Chief Technology Officers at major Tier-1 industrial accounts.
