The Director of Individual Giving provides strategic leadership for Ipas' individual giving program, overseeing a collaborative team while personally managing relationships with major and principal donors. This role balances strategic planning with frontline fundraising and works closely with executive leadership, communications, and global program staff to deepen donor engagement and grow unrestricted philanthropic revenue.Remote | Reports to the Global Director of Development

The Director of Individual Giving will inherit a strong, high-performing fundraising program and lead its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Global Director of Development, this leader will expand relationships with major and principal donors, cultivate transformational philanthropy, and partner with colleagues across the organization to strengthen long-term philanthropic support for Ipas' mission.
